The Equator is an imaginary line shown on maps dividing the earth into two equal halves creating the Northern and Southern Hemisphere. In Uganda it crosses Kayabwe an area in Mpigi district, about 80 kilometers from Kampala or 51 kilometers from Hotel Brovad.
